Axion Mandela (from Agenda)

There’s been rumors back and forth about this for years, but it is official, Axion is back in the game for Holiday 2009. I loved the brand when it was poppin in the 90’s, with riders such as Kareem Campbel and Guy Mariano. It will be interesting to see how it will do this time around. The brand is keeping it pretty misty and only had one shoe on display at Agenda, the Mandela, which was a pretty early sample but was definitely looking good. I just found another image on their Facebook account, so here you go…

POW (Pictures On Walls) has opened the registration today for the Banksy”Donuts” print. The print comes in a chocolate and a strawberry version, each limited to 299 pieces. The print goes for 465 Pounds. You can register yourself from now for 48 hours and then out they will pick 598 people out of everybody that registered. I would like to have one of these on my wall!

Omar Hassan’s promo model came in yesterday… in a really nice colorway.

Our friends from Spreadmotion made this video for dutch blogger Nalden. They released parts of their big Nike Airmax1 journey. It’s all part of the Nike Europe project showcasing creative hotspots in 5 cities through the eyes of their native revolutionaries. Well done kwallibamba!

Gearing up for the 8/8 release of the new P-Rod 3, Nike SB has just released a new ad called “Today Was A Good Day.” Yup you guessed it, P-Rod flipped Ice Cube in this ode to Los Angeles but instead of not having to fire his AK, P-Rod just got to have a sick day of skating. Check out the video here and come back to peep it again on July 31st, when they drop an extended version.
We gave our boy Ake a new haircut yesterday… white trash all the way.
